Empowering Small Business Owners to Be Unstoppable

The UPS Store centers are locally owned and the world’s largest franchise network of retail shipping, postal, printing and business service centers, with 5,200+ locations in the United States. While their reputation precedes them as a packing & shipping destination, they are much more than that, offering small business owners everything they need with a compelling suite of products and services – such as notary, faxing, scanning, shredding, passport photos, mailbox services and printing – all in one place. Our challenge was to emotionally connect with small business owners. The “Be Unstoppable” campaign empowers small business owners to succeed and reminds them that The UPS Store can be their go-to resource. Our work spans nationally, locally and in each The UPS Store center. We were able to expand the campaign to target Gen Z – connecting with up-and-coming small business owners through our Unstoppable in a Can spot, a dedicated spot running in cinema (a channel Gen Z over indexes on), and by entering the world of Roblox with Main Street Moguls. We continue to bring The UPS Store brand to unexpected places, most recently through immersive and imaginative creative on the exterior of the Sphere in Las Vegas.
